Litigation Associate/Counsel

What you will do This position offers a dynamic opportunity for attorneys with experience in product liability defense or comparable general liability/insurance defense litigation to grow their careers in a supportive and fast‑paced environment. You will be a vital member of our team with hands‑on responsibility for day‑to‑day case development, including handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks, and drafting and arguing motions. You’ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through trial preparation and execution. Develop expertise across a broad range of matters. Possess strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, a high degree of independence and initiative, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the success of our clients. Qualities and Experience Basic Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. Active member of the Michigan Bar. 2+ years of litigation experience. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of current state and federal procedures. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Trial experience preferred, but not required.
