Midland Credit Management, a subsidiary of Encore Capital Group, seeks a Staff Counsel I to manage and resolve the company’s collection litigation matters on a full-time basis. The role supports compliance with debt collection laws and regulations, while maintaining strong relationships with courts, outside counsel, and consumers.
