Responsibilities Drafting and arguing motions and pleadings in federal and state courts. Managing cases from start to finish (including discovery, strategy development, client communication, and settlement discussions). Assisting in class action defense under federal and state consumer lending laws, conducting legal research and factual investigations. Collaborating with a team handling large-scale litigation portfolios for national banks and financial services companies.
