Remote Client Success Associate

In this position, youll connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits. Youll guide conversations, build relationships, and gain hands-on experience that actually translates into long-term career growth.

What Youll Be Doing

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom

• Walk individuals and families through available programs

• Answer questions and guide clients through next steps

• Support clients through onboarding and follow-up communication

• Maintain simple digital records and documentation

• Participate in training, mentorship, and development sessions

What Youll Need

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Bachelors degree (or in progress) in a related field preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Laptop or computer with camera + reliable internet
