As we prepare for our Q3 2026 launch , we are looking for a pioneering PR professional to shape our narrative from the ground up. More specific company details will be disclosed upon the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Responsibilities As our first dedicated PR hire, you will act as the operational backbone of our communications engine, blending strategic coordination with high‑level media execution. C‑Suite Media Preparedness: Develop and lead comprehensive media training programs for our C‑Level executives , ensuring leadership is prepared for high‑stakes interviews, keynote addresses, and investor pitches. Media Relationship Management: Leverage an existing “book” of deep PR contacts across tech, business, and consumer lifestyle media to secure early interest and long‑term narrative placement. Community Growth Strategy: Develop and implement PR plans specifically designed to grow and nurture our community forum, ensuring it remains a destination for authentic discourse. Narrative Building: Support the executive team in defining our “Trust‑First” brand philosophy and translating complex marketplace dynamics into compelling stories. Editorial Operations: Write and coordinate the approval process for press releases, blogs, and bylined articles; manage the content pipeline to showcase our technical innovation. Event Management: Manage all logistical details for pre‑launch activities, including announcement pre‑briefs and media tours. Tracking & Insights: Analyze media coverage and sentiment to “see around corners” and shape reactive and proactive strategies. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 5 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications, ideally within the technology or e‑commerce sectors. Executive Presence: Proven experience in coaching and training C‑Level executives for media appearances. Established Network: A robust, active “book” of media contacts at major business and tech publications (e.g., TechCrunch, WSJ, The Verge, Bloomberg). Startup DNA: Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, ambiguous environment with a growth mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience building and managing internal or external communities of practice.
