• 10-hour Physician shifts and 12-hour APP shifts are available.

• Split position between Mercy Health Downtown Bakersfield & Mercy Health Southwest
• W-2 and 1099 employment options available

Compensation

• Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 pay range of $235/hour to $306/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% practice-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Estimated 1099 base pay range of $275/hour to $415/hour.
