• W-2 and 1099 options available
• Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $235/hour to $306/hour
• Estimated 1099 base pay range of $275/hour to $415/hour
• Split position between Mercy Health Downtown Bakersfield & Mercy Health Southwest

• Cerner EMR System
• Specialty services include critical care, general surgery, urology, neurosurgery, ortho, OBGYN, and PEDS on call
• 10-hour physician shifts and 12-hour APP shifts are available
