Floor Trading Clerk - XFA - VN2786

Marex is seeking a Floor Trading Clerk – XFA responsible for supporting brokers on MIAX Sapphire exchange floor in Miami, FL. Responsibilities Provide support to the brokers with administrative tasks and projects pertaining to daily trading activity of the desk. Handle position reconciliation and maintain reports for trade positions. Ensure timely input of trades based on client orders and as directed by brokers. Act as a liaison between brokers, traders, and dealers to ensure trading and operations run smoothly. All employees are expected to understand and comply with any Sarbanes‑Oxley operational requirements relevant to their role. Ensure compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges. Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company‑determined parameters are complied with. Role model for demonstrating the highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values. At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct: To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role, or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or another related field. Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this. Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Required to obtain SIE & Series 57 within 6 months of hire. Analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Salary Range $65,000 to $85,000 per year base salary and eligible for discretionary bonus.
