Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Overview We are looking for a Part-time Accounts Payable Specialist in Danville, IL. The work schedule is Monday-Thursday 8:00 am–2:30 pm. This is a contract to hire position paying $18.40 per hour to start. Responsibilities Process invoices, request payments, and perform reconciliations. Create monthly Illinois sales tax returns. Prepare internal and external audit schedules. Qualifications Associate Degree in Accounting or a business-related field. Proficient in all levels of MS Excel. Two or more years of experience in Accounts Payable. Ability to use the company’s software. Excellent organizational, oral and written skills.
