What You’ll Do

As a Sales Consultant , you’ll guide prospective customers through our virtual sales consultations using our structured and proven process. You’ll work with inbound leads, helping clients design their dream outdoor kitchen.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations and product demos.
• Build authentic relationships with customers and understand their unique project needs.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Own your calendar, productivity tools, and revenue goals.
• Continuously sharpen your product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service delivery.

What You Bring to the Table

• 4+ years of proven sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Natural problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday availability with optional weekend flexibility.
• Self-managed scheduling within team expectations.
• Compensation Range: $85,000–$150,000+ annually (base salary + commission).
• Performance-based bonuses.
