Compensation: $55,000 base salary with monthly bonus opportunities.
We're looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator who can take an idea from concept to finished post. You'll capture the people, vehicles, and stories behind our dealerships and turn them into content that people want to watch.
This is a hands-on role with ownership of content creation for multiple assigned dealerships. You'll spend three days each week visiting dealerships to capture content and two days editing, planning, publishing, and reviewing performance.
What You'll Do
• Create short-form videos and photography featuring vehicles, service departments, employees, events, dealership culture, and customer experiences.
• Develop ideas, shoot and edit content, write captions, and publish across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
• Build content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule across your assigned dealerships.
• Work with dealership staff and the marketing team to identify stories and coordinate shoots.
• Use performance insights to improve engagement, audience growth, reach, and video views.
• Bring fresh ideas and adapt relevant social trends to our dealerships and audiences.
• Review content before publishing to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards, OEM guidelines, and advertising requirements, including vehicle claims, pricing, incentives, logos, and music rights.
What We're Looking For
• At least two years of professional experience creating social media content for brands or businesses.
• A strong portfolio of short-form videos that demonstrates your storytelling, shooting, and editing skills.
• The ability to handle the full production process independently, from developing an idea to publishing the finished content.
• Strong photography, video editing, and caption-writing skills.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Experience using cameras, lighting, microphones, and mobile content creation equipment.
• An understanding of what works on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• The ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
• Comfort working in active dealership environments and helping employees and customers feel comfortable on camera.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between dealership locations. xhyhwjd
