Founding Customer Success Manager

Remote | $140K–$180K OTE (70/30) + Equity

We're partnering with a fast growing cybersecurity company defending one of the most overlooked links in modern software.

Their platform is already protecting thousands of engineering orgs from supply chain attacks — and their research team has uncovered threats significant enough to hit the industry's biggest security stages.

The traction speaks for itself. 4x revenue growth in six months, almost entirely inbound, with zero customer churn to date.

Now they need a founding CSM to turn that momentum into a real function.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end post-sale relationship across 60+ accounts
\n
• Onboarding and implementation, built from scratch
\n
• A health-scoring and risk framework to catch churn early
\n
• Renewal and expansion motions, in lockstep with Sales
\n
• QBR cadence and executive engagement rhythm
\n
• The voice of the customer back into Product and Engineering
\n

Who You Are

\n
• CS experience at an early-stage or technical SaaS company (security background a strong plus)
\n
• Comfortable owning renewals, retention, or expansion revenue
\n
• Thrive with zero process — you'd rather build the system than inherit one
\n
• Technical enough to earn credibility with engineering and security teams
\n
• Can translate technical value into business outcomes for enterprise buyers
\n

Compensation

$140K–$180K OTE (70/30 split) + equity
