The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely processing of internal and external invoices, company credit card transactions, and payments to contractors and vendors. What You’ll Do: Manage credit card and transaction processing and reconciliation Process invoices and payments Process and verify accuracy of client billing for all transactions Keep accounts accurate and current Process expense reports for internal employees Update and verify contractor information in our accounting system, including direct deposit information and W9 Responsible for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with management, team members and other teams Why You’ll Love Working at Jackson and Coker: Industry Stability : Join a nationally respected leader in healthcare staffing with a strong reputation and long‑term career potential. Requirements: Strong interpersonal, analytical, and technical skills Well‑organized and detail‑oriented Able to work well in team environment as well as independently. Customer‑service oriented Ability to multi‑task in a deadline‑driven, high‑volume environment Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with others. Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.
