Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide advanced nuclear medicine imaging and diagnostic services to patients under physician orders. Ensure accurate operation of imaging equipment and adherence to safety protocols to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures using GE Discovery equipment.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals following established safety and clinical guidelines.
• Operate Meditech documentation system to record procedure details and patient information.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, including BLS and ARRT NUC MED certification requirements.
• Monitor patient conditions during procedures and address any adverse reactions promptly.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal imaging quality and patient comfort.

Qualifications:

• Hold active BLS certification and ARRT NUC MED credential.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine imaging.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of GE Discovery systems and Meditech documentation required.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and patient needs.
