DESCRIPTION

The Human Bean is looking for a highly organized, communicative person to take on the role of office manager at the corporate office located in Boise, Idaho. This position is a crucial point, supporting 12 operations and adding more. This is a crucial key holder who can pivot through our many facets of business. This position acts as a gate keeper, bookkeeper, and coordinator while handling proprietary information. The work environment requires expediency, common sense, multitasking and a gift for keeping us all together. No work week is the same and you must excel at customer service have an eye for details and a smile for laughter. We drink coffee all day so come with lots of energy and witty contributions!

REQUIREMENTS

• Be well versed in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Hours needed are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and sometimes earlier or later.
• Hours per week are a minimum of 25 and a max of 40.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs on occasion.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
