Communications ManagerDel Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years of experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders, is seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to support a high profile client. In this role, you will craft and execute compelling narratives that drive awareness and adoption of new licensing solutions among internal teams, partners, and customers. You will collaborate closely with change managers and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, impactful messaging across multiple channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and continuously improve the Licensing Roadmap communication plan, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives to drive awareness and adoption of new licensing solutions.Partner with change managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate communication initiatives, launches, and updates.Craft clear, compelling narratives and key messages tailored for target audiences, including internal teams, partners, sellers, and customers.Highlight the value and outcomes we deliver for our customers, partners, and internal teams through innovative communications.Create and curate content for cross-functional channel leads to distribute to their respective audiences.Translate complex ideas into engaging, accessible stories using a variety of communication mediums.Utilize internal AI tools to understand business needs, inform messaging priorities, and develop communications collateral.Develop and maintain a robust internal communications strategy, including regular interlocks with cross-functional communications leads.Manage and maintain a communication calendar and oversee the execution of multiple projects under tight deadlines.Implement and manage communication vehicles to ensure effective delivery and engagement with sellers.Measure the effectiveness of communications initiatives using feedback and analytics, applying insights to continuously improve impact.Demonstrate exceptional writing, editing, presentation-building, and interpersonal skills.Remain curious and informed about technology industry trends, integrating relevant insights into communications strategies.Exhibit strong project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.QualificationsMinimum of 6 years of experience in change management, program management, or project management rolesExperience supporting large scale platform or system rolloutsStrong understanding of change management and communications strategiesExperience working with cross functional teams including product, operations, and technical stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in both technical and business focused environmentsBackground in communications and enablement is a plusDetails of PositionWork Arrangement: RemoteHourly Rate: $50–52/hour, W2 ConsultantOpportunity Type: Ongoing consulting engagementBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with company matchApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
