TPMG is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Pediatric Surgeon to join our collegial and well-established team in Santa Clara, CA . Position Highlights

\n

\n
1. Team Composition : 12 surgeons (5 Total Joint, 3 Sports, 1 Shoulder Elbow, 1 Hand, 2 Pediatrics)
\n
2. Collaborative Model : Work closely with 12 experienced Physician Assistants
\n

\n

Surgical Focus : Busy Pediatric practice. Collaboration across Northern California for support, consultation, mentorship. Interest in hip preservation a plus

\n

OR Time : approximately 2 days per week

\n

\n
1. Call Schedule : ~1 in12 (Level 3 community trauma)
\n

\n

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility
\n
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA                                             
\n

Full-time annual salary range is $640,000 to $660,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $83,270*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
