Energy and Infrastructure Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Energy and Infrastructure Associate in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or mergers and acquisitions. Duties Engage in energy and infrastructure project finance transactions. Participate in tax equity and M&A activities. Collaborate with a global team of attorneys. Contribute to client team integration and mentorship programs. Requirements 3 to 9+ years of relevant experience. Excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the office location is required. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications State Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
