About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission of empowering vulnerable youth and young adults. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic vision, executive leadership, and operational oversight across all facets of the organization. This includes championing the organization's mission, leading operations, finance, human resources, fundraising, compliance, community engagement, and organizational development. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors, leadership team, employees, funders, government partners, and community stakeholders to advance the mission, strengthen impact, and ensure financial sustainability. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience, preferably within a mission-driven organization. The role requires a proven track record in strategic planning, operations, finance, and organizational performance, as well as strong financial acumen and experience in fundraising and resource development. The CEO will also be expected to have exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Responsibilities include overseeing all organizational operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, capable of scaling the organization's capacity and impact to meet the evolving needs of the community.
