About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to play a pivotal role in the institution's strategic and transformative journey. The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR executive with a strong, people-centered approach, capable of leading the development and execution of a forward-looking people strategy. This strategy must be in alignment with the company's mission and vision, particularly in the areas of access, inclusion, and opportunity. The CHRO will be responsible for the full scope of the HR enterprise, including talent strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, total rewards, organizational effectiveness, and learning and leadership development.
