Altura Claims & Adjusting is hiring ASAP!

We are looking for outgoing, motivated, and driven Outdoor Sales Representatives who enjoy meeting new people, working outside, and want an opportunity where their income can grow with their performance.

We are a Public Adjusting firm for ROOFING that represents homeowners during the insurance claim process. Our team helps property owners understand their insurance claims, documents property damage, communicates with insurance carriers, and works to ensure homeowners are properly represented throughout the claim process.

What You'll Do!

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be out in the field connecting with homeowners, building relationships, generating new clients, and educating property owners about how a Public Adjuster may be able to assist them after property damage.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales position. You'll be meeting people, networking, working alongside our Public Adjusters, learning the insurance claims industry, and developing real-world sales and customer service skills.

No public adjusting experience is required. We will train the right people.

Compensation & Growth

This position is primarily commission-based , with strong earning potential for motivated representatives.

Potential earnings: $2,000–$5,000+ per week in commissions , depending on individual performance, completed business, and commission structure. Earnings are not guaranteed.

For the right candidate, we may also be open to discussing a weekly base-pay arrangement combined with performance expectations/commission to provide additional income stability.

The biggest opportunity here is growth. Representatives who consistently perform and learn the business may have the opportunity to:

We're looking for people who are energetic, personable, competitive, reliable, and comfortable talking to new people .

You may be a great fit if you enjoy sales, customer service, networking, working outdoors, meeting new people, or simply want an opportunity where your effort directly impacts your income.

Previous experience in door-to-door sales, roofing, restoration, solar, insurance, real estate, customer service, canvassing, or outside sales is a plus, but it is not required .
