Target earnings of $50,000 to$100,000+ Asa Leaf Home territory sales representative, you will work toprovide potential customers with your expertise and education aboutthe benefits of Leaf Home Water Solutions. By doing a quickhome inspection from the street we will teach you how to identifypotential homeowner challenges that Leaf Home has the solutionfor. PrimaryResponsibilities:Generate sales leads for our outside sales teamby covering an assigned territory each day, going door todoor and engaging prospective customers at their home aboutLeaf Home products (local travelrequired).Utilize a consultative sellingapproach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home andgather information for the sales team to reach out and schedule anin-person product demonstration.Report dailyresults to the field management team and develop a collaborativeworking relationship with other salesrepresentatives. Ensure ahigh quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products byrepresenting the company professionally and ensuring that potentialcustomers have an exceptional experience. Experience and MinimumQualifications:High school diploma orequivalent. Valid Driver’s license, areliable personal vehicle. Ability towork evenings and weekends.Excellent verbaland written communication skills at all levels to communicate withinternal and external stakeholdersarticulately.Highly motivated tosell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceedgoals.Customer focused andresults oriented.Professional demeanor andattire. Must be legallyauthorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorshipfor employment visa status (e.G., H1Bstatus). PhysicalDemands:While performing the duties of this job, theemployee must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to theelements including inclement weather. Extended periods ofwalking / standing required.Field office/manufacturing/constructionenvironment.Sedentary work.
