Vice President / Senior Vice President, Global Development Leader

Nurix Therapeutics seeks a VP/SVP to provide strategic medical leadership for global clinical development of bexobrutinib, a targeted protein degradation therapeutic. The role requires oversight of cross-functional program teams from Phase 1 through commercialization, with direct reporting to the Chief Medical Officer.
Responsibilities
- Lead global development team across clinical, regulatory, research, quality, and commercial functions
- Develop and execute clinical development strategy aligned with corporate goals and program objectives
- Provide medical oversight of ongoing trials, including safety and efficacy data review and interpretation
- Oversee clinical operations staff and CRO activities; ensure regulatory compliance and standard procedures
- Support regulatory discussions and submissions; interact with investigators and opinion leaders
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading clinical development programs from Phase 1 through approval and launch
- Proven expertise in medical oversight, regulatory strategy, and clinical trial management
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills in fast-paced biotech environments
- Knowledge of clinical development plans, safety monitoring, and regulatory submissions (IND, NDA/MAA)
- Experience working with clinical operations, translational medicine, and contract research organizations
