Job Mission The mission of the Sr. Clinical Supervisor – Flex Pod at ACES is to elevate the standards in the treatment of autism by overseeing and executing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to create the best possible outcomes for ACES’ clients. Flex Pod Supervisors will serve local teams by supporting cases needing intermittent support due to local coverage needs. Job Summary Sr. Clinical Supervisor (Sr. SV) is primarily responsible for designing, modifying, implementing and supervising ABA programs designed to decrease maladaptive behaviors and increase social, communication and adaptive skills in clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other special needs. The role also supports Behavior Therapists in skill development, career development, and adherence to ACES’ policies and procedures. The Flex Pod supervisor can provide remote or traveling support to cases in need, reporting to the Flex Pod Clinical Director. Essential Job Responsibilities Regularly supervise and direct the work of Behavior Technicians on assigned cases. Support and motivate Behavior Technicians. Provide verbal and written feedback to Behavior Technicians. Offer suggestions and recommendations regarding hiring, termination, and promotion of Behavior Technicians and other employees (e.g., front office staff). Manage case documentation, including contract hours and client records. Conduct intakes under the direction of Clinical Director(s). Perform initial and ongoing assessments. Write assessment reports. Develop goals based on assessment data. Develop parent/caregiver goals and provide parent/caregiver training. Create behavior plans and design ABA programs. Analyze data and make programmatic changes to ABA programs. Supervise and develop generalization programs. Write/edit progress reports. Collaborate with other team members involved in clients’ programs (e.g., service coordinator, occupational therapist, speech therapist). Participate in team meetings. Problem‑solve challenging situations with clients and staff alongside Program Manager(s), Clinical Manager(s) and/or Clinical Director(s). Train Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs and behavior plans. Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians for compliance purposes with the Board. Support Associate Clinical Supervisors and Clinical Supervisors with assessments, program development, behavior plans, and meetings. Assist with oversight of BCaBAs and provide BCaBA/BCBA supervision. Consult with the Human Resources Department as needed. Work independently in a team‑oriented environment. Support and train the advancement of the class of Behavior Technicians. Maintain a billable standard of 6 hours per day and support cases as needed through parent training, supervision, and/or report writing. Please Note: Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders, and frequent physical transitions. Compensation & Incentives Base compensation ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, plus up to $30,000 in annual incentives based on performance. Up to $10,000 in sign‑on and retention bonuses tailored to your location and our business needs. 21 paid days off annually, including holidays, vacation days, and sick leave. Qualifications Ability to work independently with only general supervision. 3+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs. 3+ years as a BCBA overseeing client programming and behavior interventionists. Consistent adherence to billable standard for a minimum of 6 months. Experience delivering ABA services via telehealth required. Minimum Master’s Degree in psychology, education, social work, or another related field; BCBA certification or clinical license required. Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation. Background check, tuberculosis test, Livescan fingerprint, and any other funding source required clearance. Experience working with children. Comfortable working in remote environments. Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff. Highly organized. Professional, positive attitude and appearance. Excellent communication skills.
