BCBA - Remote Behavior Analyst (Sign On Bonus)

Title Remote AZ LBA BCBA / Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location Throughout Arizona (Remote) Responsibilities Kaleidoscope is looking to hire a remote BCBA to support children in a treatment center. As a crucial member of our team, you will design client programming that is ethical, appropriately individualized, and implemented with integrity. You will collaborate with a passionate team, leverage your BCBA skills, and be part of a supportive environment dedicated to unlocking the full potential of every individual. The BCBA will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs, manage and supervise a small caseload of clients, regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly. The BCBA will provide supervision by observing and having team meetings with staff and families and consult with families regarding any concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff. Qualifications Obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Active license in New Jersey. Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
