Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: West Mesquite, TX Job Id: 30464 | # of Openings: 1 Pay Range: $84,500 - $120,000 per year Job Overview: Join Action Behavior Centers to deliver evidence‑based therapy to children diagnosed with autism. Focus on small caseloads and compassionate care. Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of trainees. Monthly Performance Bonuses: uncapped bonuses motivated by performance. Sign On Bonus: up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: earn bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing a Master’s in ABA. Training & Development: participate in Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training. Research & Innovation: collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute. Education and Support Continuing Education: minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year, extra funds for additional courses, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
