Customer Service Rep

We are partnering with a growing marketing support company specializing in promotional products, print, direct mail, and fulfillment services. They are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support both clients and the sales team. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients—handling inquiries, quotes, and product recommendations
• Support outside sales with proposals, order management, and follow-ups
• Source products from vendors and coordinate pricing and timelines
• Manage projects from order through fulfillment, including print and direct mail campaigns
• Oversee shipping, inventory, and logistics for client orders
• Handle billing, invoices, and CRM updates
• Resolve issues and build strong client relationships

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales support, or account management
• Experience in promotional products, printing, or similar industry a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
