We don't just do fast food; we do food... F.A.S.S.T! Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of fried chicken products according to KFC's standardized recipes. Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in the cooking process. Operational Excellence: Follow established cooking procedures to meet KFC's quality and safety standards. Monitor and manage fryer temperatures and cooking times to achieve optimal results. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate the timing of food production. Food Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitary regulations. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including regular cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils. Follow proper handwashing and hygiene practices to ensure food safety. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Customer Service: Contribute to creating a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality, delicious fried chicken products. Assist in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Qualifications: Proven experience as a fry cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to follow recipes and cooking procedures accurately. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Ability to work in a fast-paced and hot kitchen environment.
