Senior Benefits Analyst — Hospitality & Compliance

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to ensure accurate, efficient administration and regulatory compliance of U.S. benefit programs. You’ll liaise with Payroll, People Operations, hotel teams, carriers, brokers, and external partners to manage enrollments, eligibility, invoicing, ACA tracking, and Form 1095-C reporting.
