The Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring work is completed efficiently, and maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.**Responsibilities*** Lead a team of landscapers to execute enhancement projects according to specifications.* Coordinate with clients as needed to understand project requirements and provide recommendations.* Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.* Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and efficiency.* Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.* Implement safety practices and procedures on job sites.**Qualifications*** Proven experience in landscaping or a related field.* Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.* Knowledge of various plants, trees, and landscaping techniques.* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.* Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions**The Perks*** 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)**Pay Transparency**Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
