Job Summary
CT Technologist, CT (Location unspecified). This position involves performing computerized tomography procedures on patients, including general diagnostic radiology examinations. The role requires explaining procedures to patients, reviewing clinical data, preparing equipment, administering contrast media, and ensuring high-quality imaging in a Level I Trauma Center.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, from 2:00 PM to 2:30 AM, every other weekend (3/12 or 4/10 schedule), minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D., ARRT (CT) certification, BLS certification, 2 years of experience, and valid registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) with CT specialization or registry-eligible.
• Additional Responsibilities: Assisting Radiologists in sterile diagnostic procedures such as biopsies, performing imaging using radiation protection principles, resolving image exceptions in PACS, completing study indexing in Radiology Information System, and maintaining documentation.
• Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
