As a Security Officer Front Desk Concierge in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location as a Front Desk professional, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. In this stationary role, you will help address security-related concerns while reflecting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative approach built on teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, managing visitor reception, and supporting security-related protocols for a commercial office location.
• Monitor access to the building lobby and entry points, verify visitor and contractor information, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting building management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant activity to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support tenants, guests, and vendors while helping to uphold professional standards and security-related policies at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
