Packing Laborer
Location: Denton, Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time | $18–$18.50/hr | Multiple Openings

Pay & Schedule

• Day Shift: $18 per hour (7:00am – 3:30pm)
• Night Shift: $18.50 per hour (2:30pm – 11:30pm)

What You’ll Do

• Pack finished products into boxes and containers, preparing them for shipment.
• Inspect packaging for quality and accuracy, ensuring all items are correctly labeled.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials from production lines.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
• Follow packing instructions and product specifications for each order.
• Record packing data and complete checklists as required.
• Support inventory management by reporting stock levels and any discrepancies.
• Take on other duties as assigned—variety guaranteed!

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, production, or packing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Onsite, full-time at our Denton production facility.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements; standing for long periods.
• Moderate to loud noise levels in plant setting.
• Some lifting and moving required.
