Job Responsibilities Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and final construction estimates Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed cost analyses Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for scope completeness Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions Assist with bid preparation, proposal development, and client presentations Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners Support project teams during preconstruction and project handoff activities Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred 3+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction Experience with ground-up and/or major renovation projects Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously Collaborative mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy Benefits Work on some of the most recognizable projects in the region Join a stable, financially strong organization with a robust project pipeline Collaborate with experienced industry professionals in a team-oriented environment Competitive compensation package including bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits, retirement savings, and professional development support Clear opportunities for career advancement and leadership growth Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
