Assistant Project Manager

Our long track record is built on strong teams and clear communication. As a Project Engineer, you will support Project Managers by helping organize plans, track paperwork, and keep projects moving. Key Responsibilities Ideal candidates will be comfortable with tasks such as: Pre-Construction Reviewing plans and scopes Preparing bid invitations and bidder lists Distributing plans, addenda, and documentation Managing RFIs and bidder communication Building bid tabs and submittal logs Attending walkthroughs and documenting site conditions Construction Support Maintaining contact lists Assisting with schedules Reviewing and routing submittals Tracking overdue items Helping manage RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes Taking progress photos Helping prepare owner reports Coordinating with inspectors Assisting with punch lists Post-Construction Preparing closeout logs Compiling O&M manuals and as-built information Ideal Qualifications 4-year degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project Strong communication and attention to detail Ability to work well in teams Ability to travel as needed Ability to pass a drug screening Benefits Employer‑paid Health and Dental Insurance Vacation and Holiday Pay Company Profit Sharing Program Opportunities for advancement Note Responsibilities and qualifications reflect the core of the role.
