Title: Maintenance Technician/Mechanic
Employment Status: Full Time
Location: Thomasville, NC
Shift Available: 1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift
Pay Rate: $20-25
Description Tasks:
- Read work orders to determine all items necessary for the given job.
- Prepare necessary tools/attachments.
- Select the correct film for the given job.
- Perform job setup per the given procedures.
- Verify first bad meet job specifications.
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal speeds.
- Make roll changes when necessary.
- Monitor machine speed to meet requirements.
- Wear the proper safety equipment
Responsible for:
- Optimizing product quality
- Equipment Care
- Maintaining Productivity
- Troubleshoot any quality issue/ all production equipment
