HR Specialist I

Summary:

As a HR Specialist I, you'll support a broad range of Human Resources functions in HR Planning Team. The HR Specialist I will work closely with HR team, business leaders and employees to support HR needs, implement HR programs and policies. This role also requires support and upkeep of HR systems within the organization including but not limited to, HRIS, ADP, and Success Factors.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for employeesregardingHR questions and policies
• Assistwith organizational changes, employeetransfersand othertransactions
• Assistperformance management process
• Supportmaintainingemployee records, HRIS updates and HR documentation
• Support employee relations matters including employee concerns and workplace investigations
• Support recruitment activities and onboarding process
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, and corporate events
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent, relevant experience
• 1 to 3+ years of related experience within HR
• Experience with ADP and other HCM/HRIS products with multiple modules preferred

Skills:

• MS Office Suite and excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail and data validation abilities
• Multi-tasking
• Time Management
