Key Responsibilities

• Develop integrated schedules across multiple active projects.
• Establish baselines, conduct critical path analysis, and evaluate schedule impacts and recovery plans.
• Partner with project leaders to monitor progress, forecast completion dates, and manage risks.
• Facilitate LPS activities including pull planning, look-ahead planning, weekly work planning, and constraint management.
• Track schedule metrics such as Percent Plan Complete (PPC) and portfolio health indicators.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Support governance processes and leadership reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling standards and project execution effectiveness.
• Provide training and coaching on scheduling and LPS methodologies.
• Serve as organizational scheduling SME.
• Coach and train project teams on scheduling best practices.
• Promote adoption of LPS and standard work processes.
