If you have a strong legal background, particularly in law firms and startups, and are eager to contribute to our mission, this is the opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice to ensure full compliance with both local and international laws. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents essential to business operations. Support our business units by mitigating risks and advising on regulatory and compliance matters. Handle legal disputes, safeguarding the company’s interests in various scenarios. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align legal strategies with business objectives. Keep abreast of legal developments to maintain compliance and stay ahead in the industry. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a significant track record in both law firms and startup environments. Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal issues with a strategic and solution-oriented approach. Strong understanding of local and international legal frameworks relevant to our industry.
