Job Description
LPN - GERIATRIC

Schedule

8 hour evenings; 3 PM - 11 PM. Every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 8 weeks. Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Active NC LPN license
• 12 months of recent LPN experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health status and report changes to appropriate staff.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health-related topics.
