Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The successful candidate will perform essential nursing duties in a facility setting, contributing to the care and well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
Observe and report changes in patient conditions and responses to treatments.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.
Assist in the training and supervision of nursing assistants and other support staff.
Promote a safe and compassionate environment for residents and their families.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 12 months of recent LPN experience.

Licensure and Certification

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.

Work Schedule

Evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Every other weekend is required.
Possible holiday shifts as needed.

Orientation

Orientation will be conducted for the first couple of hours on the first shift.
