Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses per plan and facility policy
- Perform nursing assessments, document findings, and report changes to the supervising RN
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide compassionate nursing care
- Provide wound care and routine clinical tasks within your scope of practice
- Document care in the electronic health record and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with CNAs and other staff to ensure safe resident care and accurate handoffs

Requirements
- Active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum 12 months of recent LPN experience
- Ability to work 8-hour evening shifts in a long-term care setting
- Orientation provided at the start of the assignment; credentials due 10/10/2026 or ASAP
- Availability for every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed
