Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care travel assignment in Washington, North Carolina. This 8-week, evening-shift opportunity starts on 10/10/2026 and offers a weekly pay range of $1,142 to $1,203. The position is in a long-term care nursing facility setting. Shifts are 8 hours in the evening (3:00 PM–11:00 PM). The assignment details include no guaranteed weekly hours. Orientation is provided during the first couple hours of the first shift, with credentialing due by 10/10/2026 or ASAP.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer medications and selected treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor resident status, perform routine assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to the supervising nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, and support care planning and goal achievement
- Maintain accurate charting and ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address resident needs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Adhere to weekend coverage requirements (every other weekend) and participate in orientation and ongoing education as needed

Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license
- Minimum 12 months of recent LPN experience, preferably in geriatric long-term care
- Ability to work an evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and meet assignment schedule
- Willingness to commit to an 8-week travel assignment
- Weekend requirements: every other weekend
- Credentialing due by 10/10/2026 (or ASAP as required)
