Blown-Film Extrusion Operator

Elite Extrusion Technology, a recognized leading supplier to the blown film industry; is looking for an experienced Blown-Film Extrusion Operator for 3rd Shift with a proven track record in supporting a fast-paced organization. Position: Blown-Film Extrusion Operator
Shift: 2nd Shift (12-hour shifts)
Industry: Plastic/Blown Film Manufacturing

Primary Responsibilities

Set up and operate blown-film extrusion lines.
Start up and shut down production equipment.
Adjust machine settings (web guides, tension, width, etc.).
Perform quality inspections and measurements.
Troubleshoot processing and equipment issues.
Assist with minor maintenance tasks.
Handle raw materials and production documentation.
Follow company safety and AIB requirements.

Key Requirements

Experience setting up and processing extrusion equipment.
Ability to independently operate extrusion lines.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good math and measurement skills.
Experience with manufacturing paperwork and inventory procedures.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
Strong attendance, communication, and safety record.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
