Office Manager Real Estate IndustryConway, Arkansas Full-Time | On-Site | M-F 8am-5pmWe are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of a growing real estate brokerage in Conway. This person will work closely with the business owner to keep the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, stays ahead of deadlines, communicates well, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations and administrative functionsManage calendars, scheduling, appointments, and meetingsHandle email correspondence, phone calls, and general communicationAssist with resident applications and onboarding, including entering approved residents into company systems following approval by supervising brokersMaintain organized digital and physical files and recordsComplete data entry and maintain accurate information in company systemsAssist with document preparation, organization, and trackingCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and other business contacts as neededHelp manage office supplies and maintain an organized, professional office environmentFollow up on outstanding items and help ensure deadlines and commitments are metQualificationsPrevious experience in office management, administrative coordination, executive assistance, or a similar roleHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independentlySelf-motivated and comfortable taking initiativeProfessional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentialityStrong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quicklyProficient with common office technology and Microsoft Office/Google WorkspaceReal estate or property management experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancementFull-time, on-site position in Conway, ArkansasDynamic and fast-paced work environmentIf you're an organized, solutions-oriented professional who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and being the person everyone can count on, we'd love to hear from you.
