Overtime available. Plant runs 3 shifts 7 days per week. Employees are assigned to work one steady shift.**As a Production Team Member, you will maintain production lines with cartons as well as seal and stack finished product and doing visual checks of caps in our New Castle, PA facility. **Apply today!****What we offer:**• The chance to work for an industry leader and a company that provides a great culture where you feel like a member of our family• Achievements are recognized, acknowledged, and celebrated• An opportunity to join a stable, reliable, and environmentally conscious company**What you'll do:*** Ensuring that the line(s) you are assigned to produces quality caps through periodic inspections* Monitor the automated line to ensure that caps are properly feeding into the boxes* Periodically re-threading labels, filling ink and liner and unjamming caps* Properly labeling the filled boxes and stacking them on the pallet.
