Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Illinois State License (IDFPR) and ISBE Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language endorsement
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; first-year SLPs (CF-SLPs) considered
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Previous experience in schools or working with pediatric populations preferred
• SLP-Assistants may be considered if specifically noted

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to diverse student needs
• Provide direct therapy services in both Spanish and English, fostering language development
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to eligibility and IEP meetings
• Serve one or more school locations within Northwestern Illinois, with specific placement details finalized prior to start
