Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiovascular Cath Lab setting Proficiency with Mac Lab systems Experience with intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella devices, temporary pacemakers, and right heart catheterization Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, hemodynamics, and patient monitoring Valid Kansas RN license or Compact license Current BLS and ACLS certification Nice to Have Skills Experience in a NICU or other specialized areas related to cardiac care Additional certifications such as CCRN or RCIS Experience working in a nicotine-free healthcare environment Preferred Education and Experience Active Kansas RN license or valid Compact license At least two years of Cath Lab experience in a hospital setting Familiarity with cardiac hemodynamics and vascular access procedures Other Requirements Will attend KU NEO orientation on the first Monday and Tuesday of start week, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Flexibility to work 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday (schedule determined by staffing needs) No floating, weekend, or holiday requirements; rotational on-call duties as per unit policy Bi-weekly pay structure This facility maintains a nicotine-free environment Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Willingness to adhere to all safety and compliance standards This exciting opportunity offers competitive pay at an hourly rate of $0.00, a comprehensive benefits package, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a supportive team dedicated to your success.
