New Technology Specialist (NTS)

Work Flexibility: Field-based

As a New Technology Specialist (NTS), you will be responsible for the introduction, support, and market penetration of new technologies in the field of neurovascular interventions. You will work closely with national and regional sales teams as well as the European marketing organizations to accompany product launches, train physicians, and secure market shares.

What You Will Do:

• You will be an expert in neurovascular technologies and complex aneurysm treatments with the goal of empowering sales teams to independently support complex cases.
• Develop strategies together with local sales teams to identify and address target customers for the introduction of new solutions.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis with continuous sharing of relevant trends to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct training for hospital staff (physicians, medical technical assistants) in the form of workshops and seminars.
• Build and maintain close relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) and promote emerging "rising star" physicians in cooperation with marketing.
• Coordinate VOC and MAB activities to promote transparency and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring To The Table:

Required Qualifications:

• Completed degree in technology, medicine, biomedicine, business administration, industrial engineering, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in medical technology products.
• In-depth expertise of at least 3 years in the neurovascular field.
• Knowledge in the introduction and adoption of innovations in medical technology, preferably from the neurovascular environment.
• Experience in building and managing KOL programs.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategies.
• Fluent in German and English (C1/C2 level).
• Valid drivers license and high travel readiness (7080%, including overnight stays).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA) is an advantage.
• Experience in product launch and market penetration in the NV environment.

Additional Information:

• Travel within the DACH region, with a focus on Germany, accounts for approximately 70-80% of your working time, with the rest of your time spent working from home office.
• Your residence should be in Germany, preferably in western, eastern, or northern Germany, and close to an airport or central train station.
• This position can be filled as an Associate New Technology Specialist (m/w/d) or New Technology Specialist (m/w/d) depending on the level of experience.

Germany Pay Ranges:

• Berlin/Duisburg/Waghusel/field-based 40 hours: 69,400 - 115,700 EUR Annual
