• Seeking a board certified/eligible Palliative Medicine Physician to join our interdisciplinary team.
• This role is key to our clinical, educational, and quality improvement missions.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultation services
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.
• Commit to promoting quality care transitions
Position Requirements
• Completed Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship training by hire date, or demonstrate comparable experience.
• Board certified/eligible in Palliative Medicine.
• Demonstrate passion for clinical palliative care.
